TODAY'S SCRIPTURE
"Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things." (Colossians 3:2)
TODAY'S WORD
If you will choose to spend each day dwelling on the fact that you are more than a conqueror who can do all things through Christ, then you will draw in the good things of God and begin to experience a life filled with more joy and victory. The higher things of God that today's verse speaks about are positive things. After you begin your morning by thanking God for the day He has given you, set your mind for success. Set your mind for victory. When you live each day with an attitude of hopeful expectancy, you can actually see good things begin to happen. Jesus said in Matthew 9:29, "According to your faith will it be done to you." In other words, you will have what your faith expects!
A PRAYER FOR TODAY
God, You have given me so much! Thank you for making me more than a conqueror in Christ. I want to live positively and focus my mind on things above. Help me to do that today. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
